Covid damages speech & language development – official!

On the news today a report was featured suggesting young children have been held back by lockdowns and limited opportunities to socialise. So they are not really ‘ready to go’ at school entry. Money is to be spent training teachers and assistants in how to help. Expecting funding and training? Why not have a go while you wait.

All my resources on TES are free and easily downloadable. They were all designed by me in the course of years and years as a Speech & Language Therapist working with preschoolers and primary aged children showing speech and/or language delays. Many of these resources are suitable for helping children of normal ability showing delays which will really hold them back.

Resources for use with children use symbols or pictures for clarity.

Look in the sidebar on the right and be guided by the headings under Language Resources – the links to TES should work (if not, go to TES search for languageisheartosay and filter by ages 3-5 and they should appear but not in the organised way they are here!)

I have had 1,387,592 downloads since I started putting resources on TES with many positive reviews. And downloads are FREE!
